ElectroPowerCell – Building the Future of Clean Energy
From Hydrogen to Methanol, from CO₂ Capture to Power — All-in-One Platform
We specialize in modular, scalable, and deployable low-carbon energy systems. Covering hydrogen production, electrochemical conversion, e-fuels synthesis, and CO₂ capture, we offer end-to-end integrated solutions to accelerate global zero-carbon initiatives.
Beyond Business, Toward Sustainability.
ElectroPowerCell is driven by the mission to “enable global green power through technical innovation and carbon resource utilization,” transforming vision into engineering reality.
EPC offers high-performance PEM and AEM electrolyzers for clean hydrogen production. PEM systems ensure high purity and fast response, while AEM technology reduces costs with non-precious materials. Our modular, scalable solutions support green hydrogen applications across energy, industry, and mobility.
EPC designs and delivers high-efficiency PEM fuel cell systems for mobility, backup power, and distributed energy. Our fuel cells feature fast cold start, high power density, and zero emissions, making them ideal for hydrogen vehicles, UAVs, industrial energy, and off-grid applications.
EPC offers integrated systems combining solar power, hydrogen production, storage, and fuel cell generation. This all-in-one solution enables 24/7 clean energy for microgrids, off-grid areas, and energy-autonomous communities. It addresses renewable intermittency and supports carbon-free distributed energy systems.
Green methanol is a clean liquid fuel synthesized from captured CO₂ and green hydrogen, representing a critical route for CCU (Carbon Capture and Utilization). EPC’s modular methanol system integrates CO₂ capture, PEM electrolysis, and catalytic synthesis, suitable for deployment in industrial parks, carbon-intensive sites, or renewable energy hubs.
Green methanation converts CO₂ and green H₂ into synthetic methane (CH₄) through the Sabatier reaction at 300–400 °C and 1–3 MPa, achieving >95% CO₂ conversion and >98% selectivity with Ni-based or noble metal catalysts. Using renewable hydrogen from electrolysis and captured CO₂ from flue gas, biogas, or DAC, it enables carbon recycling, long-duration energy storage, fuel substitution, and integration into Power-to-Gas (PtG) strategies.
CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) captures CO₂ from industrial flue gas or directly from the air (DAC). Captured CO₂ can be utilized to produce green fuels like methanol or e-fuels, or permanently stored in geological formations. It is a key solution for reducing emissions, achieving carbon neutrality, and enabling negative emissions in hard-to-abate sectors.
